Our idea behind EXPRESS CRICKETS was to eliminate all of the problems that occur in receiving crickets and other feeder insects through the mail. Our experience has shown us that overnight delivery provides the highest success rate of on-time delivery with very few D.O.A.’s. With the tremendous success we have had shipping everything express, we still understand that there are some instances where things just do not go right. We stand behind our product, and we will make replacements at no charge to you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR THE GUARANTEE TO APPLY TO YOUR ORDER.

CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE.

Upon arrival, please allow your crickets approximately two hours to adjust to room temperature before judging the condition of your shipment. There must be someone present to sign for the package in order to receive the live delivery guarantee.
